GenQuik™ DNA Gel Extraction Kit

Descriptions:
One of the most useful techniques in functional genomics labs is the ability to separate a number of DNA fragments by electrophoresis through an agarose gel, then extract one or more individual DNA fragments from agarose gel slices for subsequent applications such as cloning, sequencing etc. The GenQuik™ DNA Gel Extraction Kit uses reagents in combination with a mini prep spin column to purify DNA fragments from either TAE or TBE agarose gels. Depending upon the length of the DNA fragment, the recovery rate is roughly 60-85%. DNA fragments are purified by this method.
