GenQuik™ Tissue RNA Extraction Kit
 
 
Descriptions:
The GenQuik™ Tissue RNA Extraction Kit is ideal for rapid and convenient purification of total RNA from a variety of mammalian tissues or cultured cells. Protocols are provided for general RNA isolation from tissue.
The tissue homogenizer or mortar and pestle are used to homogenize fresh or frozen tissues in the presence of lysis solutions. The membrane spin filter is able to capture the RNA while contaminants are passing through the filter by centrifugation. Wash the filter to remove any remaining contaminants and salts. As a result, the high quality RNA is eluted into certified RNase-free water (provided), and ready for any downstream applications.
