GenQuik™ Plant RNA Extraction Kit


Descriptions:
The GenQuik™ Plant RNA Extraction Kit provides an efficient method for isolating total RNA from plant tissues. The tissue homogenizer or mortar and pestle can homogenize the fresh or frozen plant samples in the presence of lysis solution. The membrane spin filter will capture the RNA as contaminants are passing through the filter by centrifugation. All remaining contaminants and salts are then eliminated. As a result, the high quality RNA is eluted into certified RNase-free water (supplied). The RNA is ready for any downstream applications.
