GenQuik™ Paraffin Fixed Tissue RNA Extraction Kit
Descriptions:
The GenQuik™ Tissue RNA Extraction Kit is a fast, simple and inexpensive method intended to provide efficient purification of total RNA from a variety of mammalian tissues fixed in Paraffin wax. The RNA is captured on a membrane spin filter while contaminants are passed through the filter by centrifugation. The filter is washed to remove any remaining contaminants and salts. The RNA is then eluted into certified RNase-free water (provided). RNA is of high quality and is ready for any downstream applications.
