GenQuikTM PCR Clean-Up Kit


Descriptions:
The GenQuikTM PCR Clean-up Kit utilizes reagents that combine with a mini prep spin column to purify DNA fragments from PCR and other enzymatic reactions. It provides a simple and efficient method for DNA purification with recovery rate of roughly 60-85%. DNA fragments are purified by this method from nonspecific amplification products, unincorporated nucleotides, primers and primer-dimers.
