OroPure™ C18 chemistry is designed on a silica where the surface area is relatively low, which makes the retention time shorter. It may be utilized to separate, molecules which have longer retention times. If you routinely use Hypersil™ BDS-C18, Hypersil™ BDS-C8, ZorbaxTM XDB-C18, and the Zorbax™ XDB-C8, OroPure™ C18, or OroPure™ C8 respectively will be a good choice to evaluate.
