• The footprint of the manifold is compatible with Liquid Handling Systems from Orochem, TomTec, Gilson, Tecan Genesis and Perkin Elmer and filter blocks manufactured by Orochem Technologies Inc., 3M, IST, Qiagen, Promega, Millipore and others.
• In conjunction with the Orochem Vacuum Manifold, the Single and Dual Vacuum setting Controllers with Timers allows the end user a complete control of the process.
• The Open gasket design provides excellent seating of the filter blocks.
• The unique guide block seated on the waste tray eliminates cross talk between wells during the sample transfer.
• The spacers ensure proper seating of the nozzle (Filter Blocks) into the Collection Plates and allow elution volumes of as low as 10 mL in a 96 well format.
• Vacuum gauge allows read out of vacuum level in manifold.
• Larger outlet tubing provides uniform vacuum for 24 through 384- well filter plates.
